What it does

Three jobs, done every week.

Know who needs what

Requirements by job, department, location or person. Every employee shows current, due soon, overdue or missing, with the record behind it.

Turn sessions into records

Plan the class, photograph the sign-in sheet, approve the names the assistant read, complete the session. One dated record per attendee with the sheet attached.

Ask before the inspector does

Questions about your people are answered from your records; questions about the rule are answered from 29 CFR with the passage linked. When the records do not say, it says so.

Solutions

What it does for the job you have.

  • Construction safety software

Training records by job title and crew, certification expirations, jobsite sign-in sheets and the written programs OSHA expects of contractors, in one place.

  • Safety training tracking

Set the training each job requires once. See who is current, due soon, overdue or missing, with the record behind every status. Export it when asked.

  • Employee certification tracking

Certifications with expiration dates, the certificate attached as evidence, reminders before they lapse, and a photo or PDF read in for review.

  • Toolbox talk records

Plan the talk, photograph the sign-in sheet, approve the names the assistant reads, and get one dated training record per attendee with the sheet attached.

  • Safety document management

Written safety programs drafted from templates, reviewed, approved and activated, with versions, review dates, employee acknowledgements and a gap analysis.

When not to use it

It is not for everyone.

No field or shop workers and no training obligations: you do not need it. A full-time safety department on an enterprise EHS platform: it is too small for you. Only training videos: a streaming library is cheaper. EmployerSafety is for the employer who has to prove who was trained and keep the written programs current, without hiring someone to do it.
