How the count works
A worker is an active employee in your directory who does the work the safety program covers. Office staff you mark as non-workers, inactive employees, administrators and supervisors are not counted. When your count crosses into the next tier, the app tells your administrator; nothing changes until you confirm.
When not to buy this
If you have no field or shop workers, no training obligations, or a full-time safety department on an enterprise EHS platform, you do not need EmployerSafety. If you only need training videos, a streaming library is cheaper. EmployerSafety is for the employer who has to prove who was trained, keep written programs current, and answer the question before the inspector or the general contractor asks it.
Getting started
Sign up and use the whole product free for 30 days. No credit card. Billing starts only when an administrator chooses a plan in Settings, and never before the trial ends.
