Product
Training records, written programs and a safety assistant that cites its sources.
One answer to "who is overdue?"
Set the training your work requires once: by job title, department, location or person. Every employee then shows as current, due soon, overdue or missing, with the reason and the record behind it. The dashboard opens on what needs attention today.

Sign-in sheets become records
Plan a session, assign the crew, and after the class photograph the sign-in sheet. The assistant reads the names and proposes attendees; you check the rows and approve. Completing the session writes one dated record per attendee, with the sheet attached as evidence. Nothing is recorded until a person approves it.

Written programs that match your profile
Answer a short company profile and the gap analysis tells you which written programs OSHA expects for your work and which you have. Draft from a template, review, approve, activate. Active documents are what the assistant cites back to your own people.

An assistant that answers from your records and the regulation
Ask in plain language. Questions about your people are answered from your records, each line marked as a company record. Questions about requirements are answered from the official text, each citation linked to the exact passage. When the records do not say, it says so.

Expirations and reminders
Certifications with dates expire; the app emails the administrator a digest of what comes due, and employees see their own records.
Private evidence
Certificates and sign-in sheets are stored privately per company and handed out through short-lived links. Downloads and exports stay available even if a subscription lapses.
Separate companies, separate data
Every organization is isolated at the database. Administrators, safety professionals, supervisors and employees each see what their role allows.
What it does not do
It does not deliver training courses or videos. It does not file anything with OSHA. It does not decide that your workplace is compliant; it keeps the records and shows the sources so you can. Incident and corrective-action tracking is planned after the first customers, not before.
By the job
Each page below takes one job the product does and says what it does, what it does not do, and when not to buy it.
